PREPARATION: Set your oven to 250⁰C and wait until it reaches this temperature. Remove the pita from the package and place it on a wire grid or on a hot tray. Bake for 5-6 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven. Optionally, you can add butter and eggs before cooking.
